GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING SONGS There are a few rules involved in submitting songs for review. Please read the rules carefully before submitting your material. You can only submit 3 songs at a time We will only accept 1 unsolicited submission per songwriter per three months You must fully own the copyrights of the songs you submit You must indicate clearly if the song has been previously released on record or CD You must indicate if the song has been declared to a Copyright Agency You must comply with the technical guidelines as stated on the right

TECHNICAL GUIDELINES To submit your songs you have to do three things: Fill out the Song Submission Form (use 1 form per song) Attach your song in MP3 format Attach a lyric sheet in Word format To make an MP3 file we recommend using MusicMatch Jukebox. This program allows you to convert to MP3 files from WAV’s or directly from an Audio CD. We can only accept MP3 files that are less than 7 MB in size. If necessary, you should therefore convert the files to a 128 kbs format. Should you need help on creating MP3 files, you can always contact us, by emailing support@songservice.com.
